PRODUCT DETAILS

The Go Power! GP-PSK-130 is a 130W folding solar panel kit with a built-in 10A PWM charge controller, adjustable legs, a padded carry case and a 12 ft lead with battery clamps and sidewall-port adapters — plug-and-play battery charging for RVs, trailers and camps with nothing to install. It returns about 39Ah a day in summer and 16Ah in winter, enough to cover lights, fans, the water pump and device charging every day and keep a battery topped through a long weekend. 25-year panel warranty, 3-year controller warranty and a North American support team (part of Dometic).

Available on Amazon

The GP-PSK-130 is sold through the Go Power! store on Amazon. Use the Buy from Amazon button to check price and stock and to order. Go Power! backs it with the same warranty and support.

Built to the standard RV manufacturers install

Go Power! has designed mobile power since 1996 and is the solar brand fitted at the factory by Jayco, Forest River, Thor and other leading RV builders. That is why this kit ships with the adapters for the Solar On The Side and Zamp Solar Ready sidewall ports those coaches use, and why its connectors match factory wiring. Part of Dometic.

Set up in a minute

Unfold, swing the legs out, aim at the sun, clip to the battery or plug into the Zamp Solar Ready or Solar On The Side port on the side of the coach. The IP52 panel shrugs off a shower; the heavy-duty nylon case protects it in the truck bed. Park in the shade and put the panel in the sun — the 12 ft lead gives you the reach.

Every connection in the case

Battery clamps, quick connectors, ring terminals, an SAE solar plug adapter and an XLR-style plug adapter are all included, so it connects to any 12V battery or factory solar port without extra parts.

FEATURES
  • 130W monocrystalline folding panel — 19.7V rated, 6.7A, silver anodized frame with built-in adjustable legs.

  • ≈ 39Ah per day in summer, ≈ 16Ah in winter.
  • 12 ft lead with battery clamps, quick connectors, ring terminals, SAE and XLR-style plug adapters.
  • Heavy-duty nylon carry case; folds to 32.5 × 19.9 × 2.8 in.
  • IP52 rated; 33 lb.
  • 25-year panel power-output warranty, 3-year controller warranty, North American support team (part of Dometic).
WHAT IT RUNS

What 130W of solar puts back each day: about 39Ah into a 12V battery on a sunny spring or summer day and about 16Ah in fall and winter, the same rule our RV solar calculator uses (30Ah and 12Ah per 100W per day). Compare that with what your gear draws:

Typical 12V camping dayDaily draw130W of solar (summer)
Storage: parasitic draws of a parked RV≈ 4Ah/dayCovered daily in summer
Weekend basics: LED lights, vent fan, water pump, phone & laptop charging≈ 25Ah/dayCovered daily in summer
12V compressor fridge alone, 24 h≈ 50Ah/day≈ 78% in summer — add ≈ 50W or run a generator/shore day
Fridge camp: basics + 12V compressor fridge≈ 75Ah/day≈ 52% in summer — add ≈ 150W or run a generator/shore day
Fridge camp + furnace blower (4 h, cold nights)≈ 100Ah/day≈ 39% in summer — add ≈ 250W or run a generator/shore day
Full comfort: fridge, furnace, CPAP, TV through inverter≈ 140Ah/day≈ 28% in summer — add ≈ 350W or run a generator/shore day

Rule of thumb: match panel watts to battery amp-hours (100W per 100Ah) for a bank that recovers from an overnight draw by mid-afternoon. A lithium battery accepts the full charge current; a lead-acid bank should not be discharged below 50%.

FAQ
Where can I buy the 130W kit?

The GP-PSK-130 is sold through the Go Power! store on Amazon. Use the Buy from Amazon button on this page. The 90W Portable Kit (GP-PSK-90) and the DuraLite kits are available here.

Can I plug it into my RV's solar port?

Yes. The SAE and XLR-style adapters fit Zamp Solar Ready and Go Power! Solar On The Side sidewall ports. Because this kit has its own controller, check the port: if the coach also has a controller behind it, connect at the battery instead, or confirm the port is a direct battery feed.

Does it work with lithium batteries?

It charges 12V lithium batteries that have a BMS; the built-in controller uses a lead-acid-style profile, so for a dedicated lithium profile choose a DuraLite kit.

Can I add a second panel?

The GP-PSK-130 is a stand-alone kit. For an expandable portable system see the DuraLite 100W kit, which grows to 300W.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Unfold the panel, point it at the sun and connect: directly to the battery with the included clamps, or to a Zamp Solar Ready or Go Power! Solar On The Side port with the included adapter.

Can I leave it out in the rain?

The panel is IP52 rated, so a passing shower is fine, but fold it away and store it dry when you're not using it.

Is Go Power! the solar installed in my RV from the factory?

Very likely, if your coach is a Jayco, Forest River, Thor or many other brands. Go Power! has supplied RV manufacturers since 1996, which is why its portable kits ship with the adapters for the sidewall ports those coaches use.
